Easy Freebies for Expecting Moms

This one is for all the expecting Mamas out there! One of the easiest ways to score some awesome freebies when you're expecting is to CREATE MULTIPLE REGISTRIES. Many retailers offer awesome perks for creating a registry with their store, so why not reap the rewards of as many as you can? Plus, creating multiple registries allows you to compare prices on baby products you need, allowing you to purchase that product from the retailer offering the lowest price.
While this isn't a comprehensive list of registry rewards, this post includes the EASIEST registries to create AND step-by-step instructions on how to collect registry freebies. The following retailers allow you to easily create a registry online, do not include hidden shipping costs, and will not fill your inbox with spam emails. Please create a registry with each of the following retailers to maximize your rewards:
Amazon
I like creating a registry with Amazon because it allows friends and family who live far away to easily ship their gifts directly to your door step, for free. Amazon also offers a 10-15% off "Registry Completion" discount off a single order from your registry. Your registry also comes with an Amazon Registry Box, valued at $35. To get this box, you do need to purchase an item off your registry for at least $10. You also need a Amazon Prime membership or sign up for a free 30-day Prime Membership trial (that's what I did!).

Target offers the highest value of registry welcome items, estimated at $80. Plus, they offer a coupon for 15% off EVERYTHING left on your registry (and anything else you would like to add) 8 weeks before your due date. It's a great way to save on any essentials left on your registry, after you receive all your baby shower gifts. To get their welcome kit, you need to create a registry online and ask for it in store, at the customer service desk. Please call the store in advance to ensure that they have welcome kits in stock.
